The KASIMBAYANAN Weekly Interactive Meeting (KWIM) is a community-based program in the Philippines that seeks to improve local governance through citizen engagement and participation. The program is designed to give citizens a forum to voice their concerns and ideas, and to work collaboratively with government officials and community leaders to identify and solve local problems. KWIM meetings are held regularly in various barangays (villages) throughout the country and provide a space for residents to come together and work towards common goals.
Through the KWIM program, citizens have an opportunity to work with government officials and community leaders to identify and prioritize local needs and concerns. This approach to governance empowers local communities to take an active role in improving their own neighborhoods and provides a space for open communication between residents and government officials. The KWIM program is an example of the Philippines' commitment to participatory democracy and inclusive governance, and serves as a model for communities seeking to engage citizens and build more responsive, effective local governments.

"Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." – Andrew Carnegie[1]
In line with the peace and security framework of the PNP dubbed as Malasakit, Kapayapaan, Kaayusan, and Kaunlaran(MKK=K) of the CPNP PGEN RODOLFO SANTOS AZURIN, JR which aims to nurture harmonious relationships with the community and the implementation of Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN.[2] Personnel of Pantongon MPS led by PCPT BERLYN C VISDA OIC conducted KASIMBAYANAN Weekly Interactive Meeting to discuss Accomplishments and future activities to strengthen the implementation of said program.

At about 11:00 am on January 22, 2023, the Cadet attended a KASIMBAYANAN Weekly Interactive Meeting (KWIM) [3]conducted by PCPT BERLYN C VISDA, OIC to organize the members of Advocacy Support Group Federation of Bantay Bayan Visayas Region (FBBVR) and disseminated information on Kasimabayanan plans, programs, and activities, as well as future events for the Udyakan Festival.
This is the first time the cadet heard about the FBBVR and the cadet admires them because even though they have no salary or profit from being a member of this Advocacy Support Group they are eager to do their job in maintaining peace and order whit in their respective areas. They are working under the PNP or AFP, and they are so helpful in maintaining peace and order they are very useful in terms of our Anti-terrorism campaign because they are the one who feeds information to our law enforcers. They are cooperative and supportive of our programs and they are the one reason why our plans and programs are very successful.

During the meeting PCPT VISDA ask for their full cooperation for the upcoming event the Udyakan Festival they said that the PNP can assure their full support for this event because the only thing they want is the success of a such event. They also said that a lot of volunteers are wanting to be a member of the FBBVR because they want peace in their respective Barangays, PCPT VISDA advise them to settle their IDs and members so that they can control their members and their group will not be used in negative purposes
After the meeting, the Cadet was amazed that there is such an organization that is willing to help the PNP with its programs because they believe if the community and the PNP are working together life in every Barangay event in a remote area will be peaceful and free from any act of violence that’s why the FBBVR gain my full respect and I admire a lot. I’m very thankful and privileged to meet them and have a short talk with them they inspired me a lot because I saw their efforts and their love for our nation I feel from them the true spirit of patriotism.
