"Respect is how to treat everyone.”
– Richard Branson[1] COURTESY CALL

A courtesy call is a call or visit made out of politeness. It is usually done between two parties of high positions such as government officials to meet and briefly discuss important or concerning matters
At about 9:00 am on January 16, 2023, the cadet rendered a courtesy call to PBGEN LEO MANAOG FRANCISCO and have a short talk with him and seek advice about the real McCoy he emphasize to us that a courtesy call is very important because it was a sign of respect to the high ranking officer assigned in that area he gives him as an example that when you are entering a house you should seek permission to the owner if you can come in or not and it also show that you respect the owner of that house and he also said that it the same when your living you should ask permission to leave as a form of respect that’s why the cadet realizes his mistakes that they not rendered courtesy call upon arrival.

PCOL PEÑA, LEA ROSE BULAON a proud member of MAGILAS CLASS of 2000 also share her word of wisdom with us she said that no matter what happened in near future we should care for and love our Alma Matter the PNPA and as a new generation of CADETS We must take care of the institution and avoid doing anything that will bring it shame. She also emphasizes that discipline must be maintained within the Academy and that we must maintain our respect for our uniforms because they are saddened to hear that some CADETS do not care about their Gala and other uniforms. She also stated that bowling is part of our job and that we can't avoid it as officers, but we must accept it and keep moving. She also stated that tolerance entails respect for another person, not because he is wrong or even right, but because he is human. Respect is one of the most important lessons you can teach a child.
“Life is a useless passion, an exciting journey of a mammal in survival mode. Each day is a miracle, a blessing unexplored and the more you immerse yourself in light, the less you will feel the darkness. There is more to life than nothingness. And cynicism. And nihilism. And selfishness. And glorious isolation. Be selfish with yourself, but live your life through your immortal acts, acts that engrain your legacy onto humanity. Transcend your fears and follow yourself into the void instead of letting yourself get eaten up by entropy and decay. Freedom is being yourself without permission. Be soft and leave a lasting impression on everybody you meet”[2]
