The Station Immersion, one part of our Cadet Attachment Program begins today. As part of my requirement as a graduating cadet of the Philippine National Police Academy. Station immersion is a practical approach to acquiring new competencies and skills needed for a job in a real, or close to a real, working environment. It is often used to learn how to use particular tools or equipment in a live-work practice, simulated, or training environment. In this stage, cadets are given time to go to the different police stations to act as an observer and enable them to experience what we callreal-lifeescenarioso.
On the first day of my station immersion, we visited different barangays to conduct dialogue and distribution of flyers about illegal drugs and anti-terrorism to increase their awareness in line with KKDAT and also ask for the update on their drug surrender in line of Brgy drug clearing Program and also as part of KASIMBAYANAN (“Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan'')— a revitalized program that bridges the PNP, the general public, faith-based organizations, and key stakeholders towards peaceful, safe, and protected communities.[2]

WORK IN UNITY
In what the PNP vision says that PNP will work with the community to fight criminality because unity has always been a fundamental component of human existence, and it has never been more crucial in today's ever-changing world. We've all seen how tremendous things can be accomplished when people work together or stand together. Many individuals all across the world have been affected by the power of togetherness. However, we sometimes forget to cherish unity as much as we should in some situations, such as neglecting to express thanks to our family and friends who always help us achieve our goals, or failing to recognize the hard work or children's gestures of others, which in turn enrich your day. When we prioritize togetherness, we can do so much. As a result, it is critical to foster and preserve unity to live a happy and prosperous life. You cannot reach your objectives without the help of others.
