AWARENESS LECTURE

The cadet together with Patnongon MPS personnel under the direct supervision of PCPT BERLYN C VISDA, OIC, and KASIMBAYANAN Faith Base Partners conducted an awareness lecture on crime prevention tips, values formation and promote PNPA to Grade 12 students of Lirio M Escaño National High School (LMENHS) on January 20, 2023, to increase their awareness and encouraged them to be a part of the long maroon line the PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE ACADEMY(PNPA)

In line with the station's initiative Oplan Princess Olayra PNP PATROL Plan 2023, crime prevention measures and intensified Pro-Active Intervention of Rape, RCSP, Radicalization, Barangay Drug Clearing Program, and CATA

RCSP(Retooled Community Support Program) is a major boost to the local government units (LGU) capability to achieve their peace and economic development goals.

CATA(Community Anti-Terrorism Awareness) program would instill awareness and vigilance among the local community and encourage them to provide information to the local police or other government security forces.

In this activity, I saw the willingness of the student to learn about our laws and during the dialogue of PEMS GARCESA the student are very attentive and they are very thankful that the PNP now has time to go to school to educate the students and feed them with knowledge about their rights and about our laws especially in Intervention of Rape because nowadays Rape cases are so alarming

The Cadet also encourage them to join the long maroon line of the Philippine National Police Academy. The Cadet share what are the privileges of becoming a Cadet of a prestigious institution but I feel sad because they have no idea about Academies that’s why I am eager to promote our Academy because I know if they saw what the Academy can be done for them they will be more interested and motivated to enter the Academy. After a brief conversation with them, I saw that some students are really interested because they see a brighter future in Academy, and I know that due to poverty and the lack of financial resources to continue their education, I'm certain that they will attempt to be a member of our Institution. The Cadet believes that by just encouraging them, the Cadet is already inspiring them to dream bigger and work harder to reach their goals.
